"Extremely disappointing experience with Kaveri TVS. I had booked an online test ride and even received a confirmation call from their team saying the day was available. But when I reached the showroom, I was casually told it couldn’t be done. Only after insisting did they reluctantly arrange the test ride. After that, when I asked for more details about the bike, no one bothered to attend to me. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive, as if I was there asking for a free bike. I also submitted all my documents for financing and, even after a week, there’s been no update or follow-up from their side. This experience completely ruined my trust. I decided not to purchase anything from Kaveri TVS after this and took my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I can only imagine how terrible their after-sales support would be."

"Worst experience ever with their staff. There is a receptionist named Muskan who behaves as if she doesn’t even want customers to come there. If we ask her anything, she won’t even put her phone down, forget about guiding us properly. Instead of helping, she keeps passing us around like puppets from one person to another. To make things worse, they even uploaded a service picture of Apache instead of my Jupiter, which clearly shows negligence and makes me doubt if my vehicle was ever properly serviced. And the biggest shock – even after servicing, there is absolutely no change in my vehicle’s performance. So what exactly are they doing in the name of service? On top of that, for the number plate, I had to ask and follow up several times. Each time the answer was “wait.” Finally, when I pushed again, they suddenly pulled out the number plate from inside. So clearly, they already had it but didn’t want to help. This kind of attitude is pure carelessness and disrespect towards customers. Not all staff are bad, there are a few decent ones who genuinely try to help – but they are very few compared to the careless and arrogant ones. "Recently visited TVS Kaveri Automobile Pvt Ltd for the paid service of my TVS Raider 125, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The service advisor had no idea which engine oil was suitable for my bike and created unnecessary estimates just to overcharge me and after that he is trying to force again and again to go with AMC( annual maintenance plan) . I denied 4-5 times. Shockingly, he insisted that I needed to replace both tyres (front and rear) without any proper inspection. On top of that, he pushed me to change brake shoes without even opening the tyres, along with the chain set sprocket. This is clear proof that they are just trying to cheat customers by suggesting unnecessary replacements. To make things worse, they charged me for a TVS Apache RTR 180 service instead of my TVS Raider 125, which is an outright scam. I have attached pictures of both my tyres and the fraudulent bill to expose their malpractice. That mechanic only changed engine oil That's it In 1246 rupees. Even they dont have Air filter This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had at an authorized TVS service center. I strongly advise everyone to avoid TVS Kaveri Automobile Pvt Ltd, Greater Noida, unless you want to be scammed and overcharged. Other tvs dealer like tvs dankaur or others in Noida, They never do such practices. TVS India should seriously look into this dealership’s unethical practices before more customers fall victim to their fraud."
